Luc Limère
My name is Luc Limère, son of Georges Limère and Aline Dufraing, brother of Guy Limère, happy husband of Els De Bie, father of Nick and Steffie, plus-father of Ellen and Stefaan and grandfather of Emma, Mia, Olivia and Nora.
They are my foundation and my future.
As an independent entrepreneur since the age of 23, I contributed to corporate businesses over the past decades. With companies such as LinkPower, GroWise and Limère & Partners, I was privileged to guide thousands of people in leadership, communication, personal- and team development.
With 25 years of experience in training and coaching, I bring hands-on knowledge and a proven track record. It is said that my strength lies in making invisible dynamics and patterns visible and tangible. By consciously transforming these together as leaders according to the values, mission and vision, magic and unseen results emerge.
What I go for
Authentic leadership from openness and vulnerability as strength, ownership and moral ambition. So that we can master the current and future challenges.
II strive for a healthy balance between leadership and management, from the synergy between masculine and feminine forces. So that we can serve the well-being of people, organisations and society from the perspective of connection and partnership.

I facilitate leaders and teams to excel by balancing inspired dreams, purposeful action and people-centred and values-driven collaboration.
My approach integrates body, mind, heart and soul of people and organisation, supported by well-lived methods and techniques.
From my passion for martial arts and study with spiritual masters, I learnt to keep an overview, to dive deep into myself and the unknown, and to regain sufficient distance. That distance is important to maintain integrity and independence for myself as a coach and facilitator. At the same time, it is an invitation to the leaders and teams I coach to keep ownership.
