Why now? Why you? Why 2030? Why Spirit? Why us?

Look at the changing world. Don’t look too far, but look and feel in your own environment. How is it going with your health, and that of your loved ones, your friends, your co-workers?

Interpret health broadly enough. Physically, financially, mentally, emotionally, relationally and spiritually. Can you feel and grasp it?

We have lived through a lot of changes as human beings. But never so many at the same time as in the last 10,000 years.

Since you ended up here, you may have a lot of questions about how to address all these challenges and tensions in your own living environment. You feel you can no longer turn to the known structures and current leaders for this, because many of them have failed in the long run. Many questions remain unanswered, pushed forward or covered up.

Those in power have held on to their illusions for so long that they have lost the faith of their people. This has left many people alone and worried.

So why is this important to you? Because you have a choice and there are options that may have been withheld from your attention.

Of course, we can continue to wait for others to change something. We can keep acting dependent and hoping for a better future. Leave our well-being and freedom to others who also don’t know how to deal with uncertainties.

Or you can choose to set out now and have already made an essential contribution by 2030. Like those millions of pilgrims, who walked the Camino step by step all the way to Compostella.

The entire universe revolves around and on energy. Spirit is the fire that drives us. Both for us as people, in a team, in a relationship and in the development of our organisation. If the spirit drops, it immediately has an impact on faith in each other, the share price or customer confidence. Then results can plummet.

Spirit also stands for meaning, contribution and the bigger picture. It is the invisible force that connects everything and everyone. Compare it to gravity, which we also cannot grasp, but affects all our existence.

True leaders are aware of their own Spirit and how it takes shape in their organisation.

You and I cannot solve this alone. We need each other.
As guides in leadership and team dynamics, we too don’t have all the answers. But we usually find them together with our clients. By setting off together and choosing the least well-trodden paths, we arrive at surprisingly beautiful and sometimes magical places.

We build on the African Ubuntu, which means I am because we are. Apartheid in South Africa was transformed on the basis of this principle. Desmond Tutu, the South African archbishop and human rights activist, is one of the well-known figures who promoted the concept of Ubuntu worldwide, especially through his work with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in South Africa after the end of apartheid. Ubuntu’s philosophy is not only important within the African context, but has also gained international attention as a valuable approach to building peace, harmony and social justice in an increasingly global but divided world.

A unique and personal journey in your development as a leader

This year-long programme brings together the best of our own programmes and development of the past 25 years. We tailor both content and approach to the challenges ahead of us in the coming years and let ourselves be carried by the waves of change we are all going through now.

The programme is built on the foundations of humanity, cooperation and sustainable development. Exactly those elements that most leaders need right now, but do not know how to make arrows out of this wood. We supply both the wood and the arrows.

In doing so, we follow the movement of your natural growth.

Although you get in as an individual, you are not alone in this. You are connected both during and between modules with the community, our trainers and guides on your path.

We deliberately keep the size of the community limited to 12 participants. This way, everyone gets the necessary personal attention and guidance. This also leaves enough breathing room for each other and group dynamics.
